The National Gambling Board is committed towards implementing Employment Equity legislation as part of ensuring transformation of the corporate environment. The Board employs a diverse skilled workforce broadly representative of the people of South Africa thereby ensuring promotion of the constitutional right of equality and the exercise of true democracy. In considering application for talent acquisition and retention, the Board welcomes applications in particular from people with disabilities to fulfil its equity targets.
